Stormwater Management During Construction is a certification course for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Erosion Control Supervisor (ECS). This program has been developed for the Erosion Control Supervisor responsible for proper installation, maintenance and inspection of Best Managment Practices (BMPs for the control of erosion and sedimentation at construction sites.
